Values-Based Assessments

Find mutual meaning in a shared vision and explore alignment between company and candidate values.

A successful workforce is built on a shared belief – of mission, vision, and values. Identifying common values between employer and potential employee is a key ingredient for any early careers recruitment campaign looking to align future talent with organisational culture.

A Framework For Success

Underpinned by the Competing Values Framework (CVF), our values-based assessments identify how well candidates’ personal values align with an organisation or role. By aligning candidates' values with the CVF-based organisational culture, the Tazio Values Framework predicts how likely they are to exhibit certain behaviours and succeed in specific environments, enabling stronger criteria validation and cultural coherence across the recruitment process.

Choose From a Range of Tests

The Tazio Values Framework uses 16 core values to predict how an individual's values will likely impact their performance and interaction with others in the workplace, ultimately determining their potential for success. Assess candidates against all 16 core values or use one of our role specific assessments, which focus on the 6 key values required to succeed in that role. You can also select the specific values that are important to your organisation.

  • Operational roles: For roles requiring precision and consistency, such as operations or compliance, identify candidates who value structure, stability, and accountability, ensuring they thrive in highly organised environments.
  • Sales roles: Sales professionals tend to excel in a competitive environment and are able to maintain client relationships and achieve strong sales outcomes. Find candidates with values such as relationship-building, results orientation and agility.
