The Tazio Process: From First Hello To First Hire

While every client is different, our process ensures consistency meets collaboration to deliver an effortless process, for everyone involved. Here’s how it works: 

  • Introduction Call:
    We’ll learn about your organisation’s objectives and previous volume hiring recruitment experience, and give you the inside line on all things Tazio
  • Discovery:
    Delving deeper into the above with your team, we start to explore your specific goals and project requirements, helping us shape a potential solution and matching you with the right Customer Success Manager.
  • The Plan:
    With a project proposal in hand, we’ll review and agree an action plan to move forward with, ensuring everyone has the information they need to do so.
  • Meet Your Tazio Team:
    We never use a one size fits all approach. Instead, we introduce you to your dedicated Customer Success Manager; your main point of contact and with you every step of the way. You’ll also work with an experienced Project Manager and Technical Lead, responsible for keeping the project on track and running smoothly.
  • Workshop:
    If needed, we’ll plan a Tazio-led workshop to map out your current processes, plans, and longer-term objectives to ensure campaign rollout is seamless and any recommendations we make are future-proofed.
  • Project Execution:
    From development and testing through to implementation, this is where the project comes to life – complete with regular updates and checkpoints to keep you ahead of the curve.
  • Training And Implementation:
    Depending on the project, you may have chosen a training plan to bring your users up to speed with Tazio. If so, we can carry out training in-person, virtually or through on-demand recordings, fully supported by Tazio-ready training materials.
  • Ongoing Support:
    With your Tazio technology live and your users becoming more advanced, we’ll provide ongoing support via your Customer Success Manager to keep things moving and evolving.
