For over a decade, we’ve been developing recruitment solutions to help large employers see the potential in their most promising candidates – delivering high volume recruiting campaigns, all from a single platform.
From day one, our goal has always remained simple: to prioritise people. We’ve dedicated ourselves to changing the way organisations discover, assess, and nurture their greatest assets ever since – helping them see the ‘whole’ person, not just what it says on their CV.
As a partner to our clients, an employer, and a technology platform for all end users, we’ve stayed true to prioritising the best experience for everyone involved in the recruitment process.
Our products have always been guided by Tazio’s three principles:
- Adaptability: We know every organisation faces unique challenges, wants to achieve different things and operates in its own individual way. Therefore, we aim to let you effortlessly adapt and configure our platform and products to your requirements.
- Usability: Is the key to the successful adoption and implementation of any technology, so we spend an excessive amount of time making everything intuitive and logical. Ultimately, everything should “just work” without you having to think about it.
- Validity: With so much at stake, people’s careers and livelihoods, we ensure all our products accurately and objectively assess individuals capabilities so that you make the correct decisions with confidence.
In 2014, we expanded our product range to support higher-volume campaigns with robust candidate management, screening, and skills evaluation for clients such as Peacocks and L’Oréal. By 2018, we’d introduced full funnel candidate and talent pool management, and advanced our suite of tools with automation and intelligent analytics for the likes of the Scottish Prison Service, Bank of England, Heathrow Airport, and Barratt Developments.
2019 saw the launch of our first virtual assessment centre which, on reflection, was well-timed given the onset of COVID-19 in 2020, causing an overnight pivot to online assessments. Over the next two years, we helped our clients navigate these uncertain times, shaping successful campaigns, including Gucci’s global internship recruitment.
As we moved through the pandemic, our product evolved with us to reflect the ever-shifting needs of our clients. Already a well-established platform for handling end-to-end assessments for a range of recruitment campaigns, we included new features such as smart evidence uploading and hosting multimedia content into the Tazio platform.
In 2023, we experienced rapid growth in our amazing team and made the move to our new HQ based in Cardiff, UK.
Fast-forward to today, and the Tazio platform continues to revolutionise volume hiring with innovative technology designed to streamline recruitment processes end-to-end. We may work with some of the largest employers in the world, but our goal remains the same:
